- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been successfully placed. A tracking number (if applicable) will be provided once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Local Deliveries within Nairobi: We offer delivery via trusted courier services. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location within Nairobi.
- Nationwide Delivery: We also ship to other locations in Kenya via reliable courier partners. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

4. Delivery Time
- Nairobi Orders: Orders placed for delivery within Nairobi are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
- Nationwide Orders: For orders outside of Nairobi, delivery generally takes between 3-7 business days after processing, depending on the location and courier service.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as the courier service used, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events. We will notify you of any significant delays.
